Kevin Dulio
Kevin began his career in the landscape industry while in High School. Kevin graduated from Delaware Valley College with a degree in Ornamental Horticulture & Environmental Design while working for some well known Garden Centers in the state. After gaining the knowledge and experience he became a branch manager for a landscape management firm in Warren County where he excelled in landscape management and design build.
Kevin decided to take his education, knowledge and experiences to the next level and start his own landscape company, Native Fields Landscaping, LLC. Kevin has been recognized by NJLCA and PLANET with numerous state and national awards. He is a certified ICPI installer (Interlocking Concrete Pavement Institute) and a member of NCMA (National Concrete Masonry Association), NJLCA (New Jersey Landscape Contractors Association), PLANET (Professional Landcare Network) and SIMA (Snow Ice Management Association).
When Kevin is not working, his greatest joy is spending time with his wife, family and friends along with mountain biking, golfing and camping.
Doug Rosenbaum
Doug graduated from Wentworth Institute of Technology in 2005 earning a bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering Technology with a focus on site conditions, estimating and scheduling.
Doug began his career working for an Architectural firm as a project manager overseeing projects of all sizes. He was responsible for managing the project from start to finish ensuring the clients received everything they hoped for along with coming under budget. By studying architecture, he was taught to pay attention to the details throughout the project.
He has been with Native Fields for 10+ years and has applied his experience to the landscape industry. With that attention to detail, he has moved up to the position he holds overseeing day to day operations year round, building client relationships and most importantly customer satisfaction. During Doug’s free time he likes to spend time with his family.
Julio Ocasio
Julio Ocasio is an Account Manager. He brings over 30 years of lawn maintenance and management skills to our team. We are confident that his landscaping expertise will be a useful asset to serve our clients.
Julio enjoys going to sporting events while not busy at work.
Bob Greene
My passion for the outdoors started at the age of 13 working on a farm in Hancock, New York. After earning a BS in Forestry at Rutgers University, I spent the next 6 years honing my knowledge of turf management working on golf courses, ending as Head Superintendent of Roxiticus Golf Course in Mendham, New Jersey.
Since 1972, I have been privileged to work at a management level for several of the best landscape maintenance companies in the state of New Jersey: A-L Services, duBrow’s Nurseries, The Shauger Group and Duke’s Landscape Management as well as at Montclair State University as the Direct of Grounds. Both my past as well as my present part time position have allowed me to keep active in the landscape industry and to offer expertise that only experience can teach. I am looking forward to helping Native Fields train personnel and bring all their turf and ornamental applications in house.
Ric Vetrini
Ric started his landscaping career in 1978. He worked his way up from laborer, to foreman, to supervisor, to manager. On his way up, he learned all the different aspects of landscaping. Now he enjoys passing on all his knowledge of the business to his staff.
Ric is an avid hunter, fisherman and has been playing competitive darts for over 40 years. He enjoys spending time with his lovely wife, Elana of 40 years. Their shared interests include spending time outdoors, flea markets and collecting Beatles memorabilia.
Erick Crespo
Erick Crespo has been working in the landscape industry since 2002. Erick has 19 years’ experience in landscaping and is now going on his 12th year with the company.
Erick is currently attending Rutgers University of Continuing Professional Education for Landscape courses to further enhance his existing landscaping knowledge. Because of his many years’ experience and attention to detail we have recently promoted him to a Lawn Maintenance Supervisor.
In his free time, he likes to spend quality time with his wife and twin boys.
Dennis Palmer
Dennis has been working for Native Fields Landscaping for 3 years. He oversees 4 maintenance crews who performs routine maintenance work for 13+ properties. Dennis’ dedication to growth within the company has proven to be a tremendous asset for us as well as our clients.
Jonathan Lemieux
Jon has been in the landscaping industry for over 30 years with a specialized skill set in hardscaping and property management. As the Field Enhancement Supervisor, he oversees the daily operations of the Enhancement crews. In addition, Jon manages our business district beautification projects.
In his free time he loves rooting for his favorite sports teams and spending time with his wife and family.
Andrew Sullivan
Andrew has been working in the automotive field professionally for 8 years and has extensive training in the Ford Motor Company brand, specializing in diesel trucks. Andrew oversees all of Native Fields Landscaping’s fleet and small equipment maintenance and repairs in house.
Laurie Twist
Laurie started working for Native Fields in 2015 and is going on her 6th year as Human Resources Coordinator. Laurie comes to us with ten years of experience working as an office manager in a landscape company.
Laurie has an Associate in Liberal Arts and a Bachelor of Science with a focus in Sociology and Psychology. She enjoys organizing 5K’s and other fundraising events at her son’s school.
When Laurie is not working or volunteering, she loves to spend her time with her family at the beach, camping, and is her sons’ number one fan at their hockey and lacrosse games.
Courtney Baker
Courtney has 10+ years experience in accounting and finance. She oversees Native Fields Landscaping’s daily accounting operations, including the accounting, payroll, accounts payable and accounts receivable departments and helps guide the company's strategic financial decisions.
Outside of work she loves to cook and spend time with her husband and daughter.
Nicole Benziger
Nicole has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Felician University. She is an experienced Office Administrator who is responsible for handling the day-to-day office procedures as well as customer satisfaction.
In her free time, Nicole enjoys spending time with her family and doing home projects.
